Windows Quick Assist

If your support technician asks you to use Quick Assist,

use the instructions below.

• Open the Start menu go to Windows Accessories -> Quick Assist or type
  Quick Assist in the search bar and select the Quick Assist app to launch it
• Accept the privacy policy.
• Enter the code provided in Code from assistant and click Share screen.
• Verify that the person trying to help you is who you expected and accept the request.

Zoom Meetings

If your support technician asks you to use Zoom Meetings,

click on the Zoom logo to the right and ask your technician for a Meeting ID.
